TOWN HALL – A LEGACY OF THE INDUSTRIAL SITE

KARL München - Town Hall, Shedhalle
The Town Hall offers a spectacular setting for various uses, including as an event location, co-working space and catering
As a reminiscence of the industrial past of the site, the original sawtooth-roof hall, which formerly served as a workshop, will be rebuilt in a new interpretation.

With its unmistakable architecture and symbiosis of old and new, the sawtooth-roof hall offers both, depending on the use, a relaxed atmosphere for daily business lunches and a spectacular setting for events.

The town hall has additional potential for establishing itself as a trendy event venue in Munich
"I think the rebuilt shed hall will be a beautiful element connecting the new building to what has defined
the site so far." David Chipperfield
Due to its open and spacious floor plan, its own access and a connection within the building complex, the town hall offers the ability to accommodate different functions. These are user-based and meet the concepts of the tenants (from lobby, staff restaurant, event location to co-working).
